Chaplet is available in mild steel or stainless steel metal. It is made by using required size & thickness of metal sheet and rod of required dia & length, by riveting process.

Its use in foundries to support maintain gap between mould surface & core. After pouring liquid metal into mould it becomes part of casting. It is for single use.

We use all the raw material as per ISI norms of actual size, thickness & quality of raw material, providing rust proof, uniform coating of zinc, aluminium, cadmium as per ISI standard or required by consumer demand. Providing proper perforating without any sharp edge so easy to use & handling.
