We provide Heavy duty, Proper insulated of actual gage as per ISI norms . ISI mark or Plain both we supplies. If other than regular type any special requirement is there that also we provide.

LANCE ASSEMBLY

Lance pipe is a most essential part of, molten metal temperature taking process with the help of temperature tips. It is made of stainless steel or mild steel( M.S) seamless pipe.

Its length depend on user, In the front portion of lance pipe receptacle/contact block is fitted to hold the temperature tips. The terminal of receptacle/contact block should be properly connect with the compensating cable which is inside the lance pipe.

This inside cable should be ISI mark, heat resistance quality. In the back of lance assembly a handle is there to hold the complete assembly during operation.

The life of lance assembly depend on,

• Thickness/grade of pipe used.
• Pipe is seamless or ordinary.
• The quality of cable used inside it is ISI or ordinary.
• Receptacle quality is proper or not.
• If cable quality is non standard it will effect to get actual result & life of lance pipe.
