This is a Liquid Metal Sampling Device, known as different name as Lolly Pop Sampler, Sampler Tips Steel Sampler, Bath Sampler, Disc & Pin Sampler, Molten Metal Sampler.

It is expendable only for single use. When The steel in molten stage, in steel melting shop whether that is in Induction Furnace, Arc Furnace, Convertor, continuous casting shop, CCM Or Foundries, to know chemistry of The Molten Metal with the help of Spectrometer, using this sampler.

With the help of our samplers, sample can be taken from Ladle, Tundish, Bath, Stream etc. It gives quick result within seconds, easily detachable, 100% actual representative sample of your liquid steel, without any interference of atmosphere oxidising and slag effect, It requires very nominal finishing polish by grinding, before use on spectrometer.

By knowing actual analysis of molten metal, before pouring, steel can be prepare as desired chemistry of at shop floor itself.

Available with different deoxident, length of paper tube, sample shape & sizes as per requirement.
